The Surgeon Authority Engine is a done-for-you digital visibility service for surgeons and surgical practices in the United States. It is operated by Authority Engine Inc., based in the US, under the parent domain authengine.ai.

The company
Authority Engine Inc. is the legal entity behind The Surgeon Authority Engine and its parent site, authengine.ai. The company builds and operates digital visibility services for professional practices, starting with surgeons.
We work with surgical practices in the US. The service is specialized: surgeons and surgical practices only. We do not run general-purpose marketing, we do not take on practices outside surgery, and we do not sell ads.
A note on the name
The company name and domain (surgeon.authengine.ai) sit close to another firm: authority-engine.ai, a separate company based in Oklahoma that offers different services. The two companies are not affiliated, have no shared ownership, and operate independently.

The four-stage method

Discovery
We sit down with you and your team to work out what the practice actually wants: the procedures to grow, the referrers to reach, the reputation to protect. Nothing gets built until the goals are named and agreed. You keep a 90-day roadmap whether or not you continue.
Build
We build the owned surfaces that get a practice found and cited: your site and its structured data, local search and your Google Business Profile, your review presence, and educational content about the conditions and procedures you treat, written for patients and built to be quoted, including video. Nothing counts as done until it is live and you can check it.
Engine
The engine keeps it working: new content, ongoing monitoring, and a number reported against every goal on a stated schedule. When a number moves, you see it. When one stalls, you see that too, and so do we. A report you can check, every cycle.
The standards we hold
These are the rails we run on. They’re public because they make us easier to trust, and easier to hold accountable.
No testimonials
We do not use patient testimonials or client endorsements. What we claim, we describe; what we build, we show.
No outcome claims
We do not claim clinical outcomes, patient volumes, or revenue results. The numbers we report are visibility metrics: rankings, citations, review position. All things you can verify independently.
Numbers reported flat
When a number moves, you see it. When it stalls, you see that too. We do not spin the report; we state what the number did and what we do next.
Surfaces you own
The surfaces we build are yours. Your site, your content, your profiles. Not rented, and not locked behind our platform. If you stop working with us, you keep everything.
